Delete Your Crown Club Account

You can permanently delete your Crown Club account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to do it, what gets deleted, and what we are legally required to keep.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open the Crown Club app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion. Your account is then permanently deleted.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account and login credentials.
- Your profile — name, avatar, and gamertag.
- Your friends list and social connections.
- Your notifications and notification preferences.
- Any remaining Crown Credits — these are forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.
What is retained
We retain booking and payment records only where we are required to do so by applicable law (for example, tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and Central Bank of Jordan regulations). These records are kept only for the legally required period and are never used for marketing.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing privacy@crownclubsports.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request".
We will verify your identity and complete your request within 30 days.

يمكنكم حذف حسابكم في Crown Club والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به نهائياً في أي وقت. توضح هذه الصفحة كيفية الحذف، وما الذي يُحذف، وما الذي نحتفظ به بموجب القانون.
كيفية حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق
- افتحوا تطبيق Crown Club وسجّلوا الدخول.
- انتقلوا إلى الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات.
- اضغطوا على حذف الحساب.
- أكّدوا عملية الحذف، وسيتم حذف حسابكم نهائياً.
ما الذي يُحذف؟
عند حذف الحساب، نقوم بإزالة ما يلي نهائياً:
- الحساب وبيانات تسجيل الدخول.
- الملف الشخصي — الاسم، الصورة الشخصية (Avatar)، واسم اللاعب (Gamertag).
- قائمة الأصدقاء والروابط الاجتماعية.
- الإشعارات وتفضيلاتها.
- أي رصيد متبقٍ من Crown Credits — يسقط الحق فيه نهائياً ولا يمكن استرداده أو تحويله.
ما الذي نحتفظ به؟
نحتفظ بسجلات الحجوزات والمعاملات المالية فقط في الحالات التي يوجب فيها القانون ذلك (مثل المتطلبات الضريبية والمحاسبية ومكافحة الاحتيال وتعليمات البنك المركزي الأردني). يتم الاحتفاظ بهذه السجلات للمدة القانونية المطلوبة فقط، ولا تُستخدم أبداً لأغراض تسويقية.
طلب الحذف عبر البريد الإلكتروني
إذا لم تتمكنوا من الوصول إلى التطبيق، يمكنكم طلب حذف الحساب عبر مراسلتنا على privacy@crownclubsports.com من البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابكم، مع كتابة "طلب حذف الحساب" في عنوان الرسالة.
سنتحقق من هويتكم وننفذ طلبكم خلال 30 يوماً.
